Appointment Policy & Payment

Your appointment time has been reserved for you. In the event you need to change your appointment, please text (760) 593-7339 to cancel/reschedule. Not arriving for a scheduled appointment and appointments cancelled with less than a 24-hour notice will be charged a cancellation fee. 

No-shows and same day cancellations are charged the full session fee. All other cancellations within the 24 hr. time frame are charged 50% of the session fee.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice that the opportunity to fill it may be missed.
